Money
Nothing recorded yet
Every figure on the other three tabs is built from these rows — nothing is typed in twice and no total is stored. Start with the last thing you paid for.
No transactions match these filters
There are rows here, just not these ones.
A Category belongs to one Direction. The picker on a transaction only ever offers the ones that apply, so an income category can never end up on an expense.

Calendar
Nothing this month
No events, and no tasks due. Page to another month, or look at what has no date yet below.
Nothing on this day.
No date yet
An Idea has no date by definition, and a Task can be real work with no deadline set. Both sit here rather than nowhere — this is the one screen that claims to show everything.
Events
Nothing here yet
Events are the centre of it all — guests, tasks and money hang off one. Start with just a name; an idea costs nothing and needs no date.
Nothing is blocked — the status stands. Guests can be added and money recorded either way.
Someone new is added here without leaving the event. Pax starts at 1.

Nobody invited yet
Add the first guest above. Names save to the contact book, so next time they are one keystroke away.
Invited, but nobody has confirmed
The count is 0 because no invitation has moved past Invited — not because nobody is coming. Everyone invited is still listed below.

People
Matching folds accents, so a name typed plainly finds one written with them.
No people yet
The contact book fills itself as you invite guests to events — anyone added there lands here. You can also add someone directly.
No match
Nobody in the contact book matches that search.
Venues
No venues yet
Add them here, or create one while writing an event — whichever suits. Nobody has to set them all up first.
Inventory
Nothing registered yet
Two identical objects are two records here, not one row with a quantity — the moment one of a pair breaks, a single row cannot say which. Start with the most expensive thing you own.
Nothing matches
There is kit here, just not this kit.
Settings
Only an Owner can change this
Renaming or closing the workspace belongs to an Owner. Everything you do inside it is unaffected.
Workspace
Shown at the top of every screen and on invitations. Renaming changes nothing else — no record moves.
- Workspace ID
This is what somebody types to request to join. Sharing it grants nothing on its own — every request still needs approving on Members.
Close this workspace
Every other Member loses access. Any paid subscription is cancelled as part of this, rather than left billing a workspace nobody can open.
Your account is not affected, and neither is any other workspace you belong to. If you only want to leave this team, do that on Members instead.
Asked for by name because a misdirected click here costs a team their events, guests and books.
Only an Owner can change the team
Inviting, removing and changing roles belong to an Owner. Everything else in the workspace — events, people, money, tasks, equipment — you do exactly as they do.
Invite someone
Nobody already in the workspace is affected — the limit stops the next person being added. Teams start on Pro.
Invitations waiting
Asking to join
Somebody with the workspace ID has asked to be let in. A pending request grants nothing until it is approved.
Only an Owner can change this
Tasks
Nothing to do yet
A task is a job with one owner and a due date. Most have no event attached — business work is the majority.
No tasks match these filters
There are tasks here, just not these ones.
Account
Your workspaces
One account, any number of teams. Leaving one is not closing your account, and closing your account is not closing a workspace.
Download your data
Everything we hold about you, in a documented machine-readable format — your account, every Membership, and the free text you have written, because that can describe you too.
It does not include the workspace’s own records — its guests, its money, its events. Those belong to the team, and a request about a guest goes to them.
We are putting it together
You will get an email when it is ready to download. Large accounts take longer; it always arrives within the statutory window.
Your data is ready
Close your account
Every Membership ends and your personal details are removed. What you recorded inside a workspace stays with that workspace, no longer attached to your name — deleting it would tear holes in other people’s records and in figures they are required to keep.
Asked again because a stolen session must not be able to destroy an account.

Every destination in the menu is built. This screen is what the next one will show before it is — the scope boundary said on screen rather than only in a document.
